You almost killed me with your Kenworth truck, and caused me serious injury with ongoing consequences. Why are you not responding to enquiries about payment for my "written-off" motorcycle?
Were you driving a heavy vehicle uninsured?
You gave the attending Police Officers an address (10 Lawford Street, Barmah, Victoria, Australia) at which you do not appear to regularly reside.
Please respond to my lawyers with insurance details or arrangements for payment of damages.

I worry every time my partner goes out on his bike. Driver's like you Trevor, do not help give me confidence! Stay off the road and take responsibility for your actions.

Trevor, payment for the written off motor bike is a cheap recompense to a family that was deeply affected by the near loss of someone we love dearly. You should be feeling relieved that you didn't kill Lewis and should gladly hand over the money as a small price to pay for your reckless driving

This coward almost cost me my father; and not only that but he has been too gutless to take ownership of his actions and amend the consequences of his actions - but he hasn't even offered so much as an apology!
Trev, you're the guy who gives truck drivers a bad name. You ought to be ashamed.

It's tempting to go all out in the beginning, in the chase for compensation, but slow and steady over time will do it.

Here we are - 27 January 2010, nearly 2 years after the accident. Still no word from Trevor Moran! Meanwhile, I'm still doing the round of doctors and specialists. Trevor - a word for you - "Responsibility"!
