Marriage infidelity is on the rise in recent years. An alarming percentage of both men and women that are married have been known to go beyond their vows of marriage and known to have indulged in extra marital affairs or have been planning on doing so. While many things may deter their indulgence in having affairs beyond their marriage such as religious beliefs, strict upbringing, etc, one of the things that does come in the way is the expense involved in carrying on such an activity.

Carrying on an affair outside marriage comes with a tremendous level of expenses, starting with the rental rates for motel rooms where most of the meetings take place. While the cost for one meeting may not be much, if the activity goes on for quite a while, these room costs alone can be crippling. Then again, once your spouse starts to sense that something is going on, he or she may install cheap surveillance devices in your home, especially in your bedroom or the attached bathroom in the hopes of catching you in the act and many cheaters have been caught so. These devices can record both the audio and video data and can be hard to argue against.

But carrying on an affair in your own home is cheap because there are no motel expenses. So where is the safest place in your home which your spouse may not suspect. It could simply be the detached carport that you get installed. Detached carports are installed some distance away from the house, so sounds get attenuated; and besides they are the least suspected of places. If you do not have a detached carport, it may be time to install one; besides they form a great place for the storage of many other things that you may not want sitting in your attached two car garage.
